PBS POV films will be held at the Gallery of Art (36 W Beach Drive, Panama City). Programming is facilitated by the Bay County Public Library. No ticket required. Attendance will be capped at room capacity. Shut Up and Paint will be screened on Saturday, April 13 during the 5 – 7 p.m. film block. Post-film discussion will be led by local artists, Sarah Burris, Mandy Yourick and Briana Bennett.
